Lenny Sniegowski – Vice President of Sales

Lenny has been in the concrete surface preparation industry for over eight years most notably having worked at Superabrasive, where he conceptualized their propane powered polishing equipment and helped to develop a distribution network for them. Following this he ventured into business with Prep and Polish Consultants and later, Concrete Tools and Equipment.

He has traveled the world, conducting technical training seminars on surface preparation and has built up an extensive knowledge in both the operation of equipment and the processes that transform plain concrete flatwork into a beautiful finished floor. His ability to analyze the conditions that come about during these processes have given him the skills and capacity to train beginners and to assist advanced contractors in our industry, as well.

Lenny also has a strong background in the entertainment field, which helps to make his lectures and seminars not only educational but entertaining as well. He invites student participation and their professional input contributes to the improvement and uniqueness of each class. While he is currently teaching KutRite University’s well known “KRP Basic Training” class, he is also in the process of developing additional half day classes that will fit the bill for all who need refresher and update courses. Subjects will include “Introduction to Equipment Operations”, “Concrete Polishing: The Basics and Beyond” and “Creating a Profitable Business, Using Polishing Equipment”. Classes will be held in both our Romulus, MI, Headquarters and our new satellite office in Richardson (Dallas), TX.

Cal Blanton, Product Specialist

Product Specialist Calvin “Cal” Blanton has been with KutRite since 2011 and offers experience in the floor preparation work and the machines that do the job. He came to KutRite from Diama-Shield/Titan Industrial Flooring in Rochester, MI, where he was a machine operator. Before than, he worked at Mercer’s Equipment Rentals in Brownstown, MI, as a lead service technician, and Allingham Corporation in Southfield, MI, as a field service technician and dispatcher. He was service manager for Dix Equipment of Brownstown, MI, for 13 years.
