Kut-Rite Introduces an Amazing New Concept in Concrete Floor Polishing Technology

No matter how you "kut" it, the amazing KR34GR rotary polisher is trans-forming the floor polishing process! It incorporates three 12 inch independently driven high-speed polishing pads to cover a 34" swath and polishes up to an incredible 4,000 square feet of floor per hour per grit. This machine is designed for concrete polishing professionals who require high throughput, reliable durability and outstanding aesthetic results.
The KR34GR 34” high speed polisher is changing the way large floors are polished. Equipped with three overlapping 12 inch diameter quick release pad drivers that operate at 1800 rpm, it is capable of producing more than 4000 square feet per hour per grit of extreme high gloss polished floor. The KR34 can be equipped with the optional tow behind vacuum system that contains an extreme dust filter and three powerful 277 volt vacuum motors. “Towing the vacuum system eliminates the cumbersome vacuum hose providing a much more manageable operation” says Travis McCutchen director of marketing and sales for Kut Rite.
The KR34GR is powered by three 5 HP 480 volt industrial motors that deliver 1800 rpm at maximum torque. Adding to the efficiency is the quick release pad drivers and the flip up head that allows the user to change diamond grits in seconds without any tools, hammers or tricks. The flip up head feature, combined with the oversize handle adds to the efficiency by allowing easy movement of the machine while not under power. The KR34 is ideal for “re-polishing” floors from 400-1500 grit as well as taking over the floor after cutting it to the equivalent of 100 grit with a planetary machine such as our KR54.
